Shore Based Maintenance depending on the mandatory IMO SOLAS GMDSS regulation and radio maintenance guidelines. Mandatory annual surveys, annual health inspections and equipment inventory with the purpose to be proactive and avoid delays as a result of failure in equipment. Full maintenance covering all of the above and extensive fleet, vessel and navigation and communication equipment management at an annual fixed fee.
This specified way of preventive maintenance allows vessel owners to annually budget operational costs per vessel more efficiently, which removes the burden of unexpected expenses. Moreover, it reassures vessel owners of a higher level of operational fleet.
The service and maintenance contracts are put in place to provide you with budgetary, trusted and hassle-free maintenance services of navigation and communication equipment that reduces breakdowns and unexpected costs.
These cost saving options are further supported by our total service platform, built around a new remote service tool, the AlphaEye. With an AlphaEye onboard each vessel, service call expenses can be reduced by using a dedicated (satellite, 3G or 4G) communication link directly to our experts in the Alphatron Marine service center, which results in a more efficient service performance for both parties.
